Team
Our senior partners have worked closely together for many years, dating back as far as the early 1990s. The team includes professionals with a wide variety of complementary background skills and experiences, including in finance, accounting, law, marketing, operations and general management.
We work together to identify and analyze new investment opportunities, negotiate and consummate investments, and assist in the day-to-day management oversight of our portfolio companies. Our team is particularly experienced at developing and implementing, together with management, new strategic vision and direction for portfolio companies, and managing and guiding companies through fundamental changes that revitalize brands, rationalize cost structures, optimize asset values, enhance competitive advantages and, above all, create significant value.
We have approximately 30 employees and maintain offices in New York and Los Angeles.
