	Robert Mersten Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mersten joined predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella in 1992. He is responsible for administrative matters concerning the firm and financial reporting to investors in W&Co. investment partnerships. Previously, Mr. Mersten worked at Chemical Bank in various financial positions, and also worked at Kidder Peabody & Co. Mr. Mersten is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. from Hunter College.
